Strategy, Evaluation and Organizational Development

Most nonprofit organizations and public agencies can improve their ability to measure their impact in ways that are meaningful internally and among stakeholders.

We help identify the reasons for goals and strategies, the indicators of success, reasonable ways to measure those indicators and, most important, communication methods that make the data meaningful. When goals are in question or strategies are not clear, we use Appreciative Inquiry methods and Theory of Change frameworks to help departments, organizations and agencies develop and articulate effective strategies.

Our methods in planning strategy create strong internal and external “buy in” as well as clear management feedback loops.
